WE DID IT!!! We paid off everything we wanted to pay off - for now. We just made our last payment on the credit card this morning. WOO HOO!!! Now the only debt we have is one car and the house. It's unbelievable and awesome and so exciting. We have worked so damn hard over the last year that I can hardly believe it's real. We've carried that stupid balance for so many years...much more than TEN, if I recall correctly. Ugh. I don't even want to think about the interest we've paid over that time.
I am so excited to have our money be our money again! We get to decide where our money goes. We are no longer slaves to that stupid credit card. Ahhhhhh....the relief is marvelous. I'm loving it!
Good job, babe. You kept us on track over the past year. You were disciplined and focused and strong - especially when I was not. Thank you for everything. I love ya and I love that we accomplished this major goal in our lives. It's monumental for us.
