Slowly but surely

Today we were able to knock off another $400 of debt. It's SO exciting and in a way, a little bit frustrating. Frustrating that we can't just pay it and be done with it. The desire to be debt free is there....can't that count for something? Maybe I can call to see if the bank will just write off the rest of the debt because.........can't they see how sincerly sorry and repentant I am?!? Do you think it will work? Okay - maybe not. But wouldn't it be nice and easy?!
